The Geemarc CL320 is designed to help those with a high frequency hearing loss, a problem affecting up to 95% of hearing impaired people. Those with high-frequency hearing loss cant hear sounds like st and ch, so words like stair and chair sound like air. Just increasing the volume doesnt always help because it amplifies all frequencies.

Vocalisation of names and numbers is just one of the key features of this phone. The Geemarc CL320 is very flexible and can be easily set-up to meet the user's specific requirements. The phone is deisgned to meet the needs of people with either vision or hearing impairment. Incoming speech can be amplified by up to 12dB. The Geemarc CL320 has a tone control, which is useful to better match individuals hearing loss.

The CL320 has a monitor speaker to allow 'on hook' dialing, a useful facility for those with limited dexterity, and the handset need not be picked up until the call is answered.

The Geemarc CL320 is a corded telephone with a large button keypad and many useful features including the ability to amplify incoming speech. The Geemarc CL320 produces a loop signal which makes it suitable for use by people who wish to use their hearing aid switched to the “T” setting.
