If you are a VAT registered company based in the European Union and wish to receive goods free of VAT (Zero Rated services subject to the reverse charge - VAT to be accounted for by the recipient as per Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC). Please follow the steps below:

1. Register your profile on our site at www.m2cshop.com or follow the link M2Cshop.com

2. Send an e-mail to sales@m2cshop.com informing us that you wish for your account to be set up as VAT exempt, please provide in the e-mail your Username (used when registering in 1. above) and the company VAT registration number.

3. On validation of the VAT number, the account status will be changed to VAT exempt.

4. We will reply to your e-mail advising that your account status has been changed to exempt.

5. You can then log in to your account and place orders free of VAT. View your cart and if you are satisfied with your purchase and delivery costs, checkout using your credit card. On successful completion of the transaction the order goes straight to the warehouse for shipping and an order confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail.
